Large enclosed gardens to the side and rear of the property. BBQ provided. Please be aware there are two ponds and a moat in the garden. The garden is private and secure but some of the boundaries are hedges so please watch children and dogs
Outdoor heated swimming pool (fenced)
The front courtyard garden also has a shallow pond so please be mindful with children and dogs

Up to 4 parking spaces are available next to the house. The large driveway is shared with a small studio so other cars may be parked on the other side
Accessibility conditions: The property has a number of historic staircases that maynot be suitable for those with reduced mobility
The pool is fenced and is available from the 25th May - 1st October. It is 1 level and 1.45 metres deep
Safety conditions: There are pondsand a heated swimming pool in the grounds, please ensure children are supervised at all times
A security deposit of £300 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
