My husband daughter and adult granddaughter stayed in this beautiful house for a week in September. It was absolutely perfect with oak beams, log fires and lots of fascinating artefacts and interesting books. Everything was so well thought out. The bathrooms were wonderful, thick towels and constant hot water. The beds were extremely comfortable with lovely cotton sheets. Kitchen well equipped with plenty of china and glasses. A lovely welcome box greeted us with Sussex wine etc . which was much appreciated. All in all this is the best place we have ever stayed in and we had a wonderful week in Rye. We thought it was wonderful. Please see above.

Mulberry Cottages has good service, definitely recommend them and use them again, they usually have lovely properties. Wonderful property, beautifully decorated and clean. The stairs are somewhat terrifying if you are a "klutz" like me, however we got used to them. The Pub next door was lovely for dinners.

We stayed at our cottage for the weekend at the beginning of April 2017 we were a group of 6 friends -The cottage was absolutely beautiful, with every kitchen utensil / crockery you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and there was nothing you could need that was not already there. Rye itself is a charming place to stay with some very quaint shops to visit - Our cottage was very conveniently located in the heart of the village, right next door to a beautiful little pub and next to that a fish and chip shop that served fish and chips like I’ve never had before - All in all a lovely little break in a beautiful part of the country - A definite ’Yes’ from me!! Everything was as described - Perfect!!
