Family shower room, double shower cabin.
Sitting room, sofa and chair seating for 6, TV, log burning fireplace, door to the garden.
Master bedroom, (sleeps 2) double bed, ensuite wc only.
First Floor - accessible from the kitchen, fairly steep stairs.
Double bedroom (sleeps 2) double bed. Hanging space only. Snug. With baby gate on staircase to the open room.
Twin room (sleeps 2) two single beds, hanging space only.
Note, the two first floor rooms are perfect for families with small children as the rooms are interconnecting.
Outside
Patio with table and chairs, BBQ. Lawn garden, with private access to the beach up steps along the seawall.
What you need to know
Dogs are welcome (maximum of 2) but please do note this is quite a small cottage. Owners will accept one large dog only. The owners also ask if guests could kindly keep their pets off the furniture.
Cot & highchair available on request
Wi-Fi Access, although can be intermittent due to location of the property.
Shared use of tennis courts available, access to the beach at the end of the garden.
This property is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
Friday is the preferred arrival day, but Saturdays may be possible on request.
