"The Old Parlour sits tucked away on the owners’ historic farm estate and has been lovingly refurbished providing the perfect place to stay. The converted parlour at Wootton Farm now boasts open plan accommodation providing an air of space and comfort all finished with beautiful oak floors and a vaulted beamed ceiling.\n\nThe reception room provides comfort for a cosy evening in and opens out onto the large decked area to the front of the property for alfresco dining. A separate utility room offers the perfect place for storage and to do your washing after a long day exploring the countryside walks across the South Downs. Perfect for ramblers you can also explore with your canine friends as dogs are made welcome at The Old Parlour at a small extra charge. The modern fitted kitchen provides everything you could possibly need to cook at home along with a BBQ outside however there is also a nearby pubrestaurant only a ten-minute walk or a two-minute drive away. Off road parking alongside the property provides a stress-free end to your journey and easy access to the property with bags or cases. The Old Parlour provides a stylish and comfortable sofa bed in the lounge for an additional guest.\n\nIf you are looking to explore further afield then why not visit the historic town of Lewes with its castle and Anne of Cleve’s House. How about the cosmopolitan city of Brighton filled with independent shops and boutiques bars and restaurants Brighton Pavillion British Airways i360 viewing tower and not forgetting the famous Brighton Palace Pier with traditional fun fair rides?
