Introduction

"Set around an elegant Georgian farmhouse this fabulous complex of period holiday homes is perfect for large party groups looking for peace and seclusion in an area rich in heritage and activities. The market town of Faversham and the Cathedral City of Canterbury are both close by and the whole of the Garden of England is on your doorstep to explore on foot by bike or by car. The buildings have been beautifully restored and furnished all within a few steps of each other and with the added bonus of a spectacular spa-quality heated saltwater pool.\nThe complex comprises of two barn cottages sleeping 6 and 2 a detached cottage sleeping 4 and a sweet apartment sleeping 2 offering comfortable accommodation for up to 14 people. During the winter months the accommodation excludes the apartment sleeping 2 making the total occupancy 12. The Orchard Complex comprises of Orchard Cottage sleeps 4 Little Orchard sleeps 2 Cherry Blossom Cottage sleeps 2 and Damson Tree Cottage sleeps 6."

    A security deposit of £1000 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
