We had an absolutely fantastic stay, made even better being able to have a cuddle with the puppies! The studio was really well equipped with everything you might need and the hosts were on hand for anything we needed. The location was perfect, so calm and peaceful, I can't wait to go back again!

What a fabulous place this was. I went for my birthday and was greeted with a bottle of bubbly and a welcome hamper. The hosts were amazing people who were there if you needed anything or just for a chat. The standard of the accommodation was first class, they should be very proud of themselves. The hot tub was fabulous as was everything about the studio. We loved every minute we spent there and would go back in a heart beat. Having the dogs on-site was a bonus for me, as I love dogs, and we were lucky enough to have some puppies to cuddle as well. Cherylene and John keep up the fantastic work. Ann & Chris.

We had a lovely week at The Studio. So comfortable and stylish. Linen including towels was a very good quality. On arrival we were greeted with a platter of meats and cheeses and a bottle of prosecco, just what we needed after a long drive. The owners had provided toiletries and cupboard basics. The owners were there if we needed them but in no way intrusive. Pleasant views from the balcony and a secluded hot tub. Our only criticism which is a personal choice is that there were not adequate coverings on all the windows. We understood why as the windows are beautiful but we don't sleep well once it's light. The Studio is very close to the M20, although you couldn't hear it so it's perfect for travelling around Kent, which we did.

Me and my partner stayed for 4 nights in November. Considering the place comes with a hot tub, amazing shower, super comfy bed, and welcoming wonderful hosts the price was a steal! The place is beautifully furnished, very clean and the amenities are great. I slept very well, and the nearby train didn't disturb our comforts. We was greeted with champagne, a meat and cheese board, bread and some puzzles and board games already there. They provide tea, coffee and sugar and little bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The little touches made this place special and if you ever need anything the hosts are super helpful and lovely-they even let you play with their 18 dogs! They were very well behaved and we loved them; you can see them playing over the field. The hot tub was a dream and kept to a high standard of cleanliness and care. There is also a big tv in the bedroom and a great heater so you won’t be cold in the winter. This place is as near perfect as you can get! Some things to be aware of, the decking is a little bit smaller than the picture portrays however still a good size. There is a window that can see into the dining area so I would recommend to the owners to install a privacy blind if people choose to have it closed. Again, these are minor negatives that didn’t defer from us having an amazing holiday! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, ultimate relaxation and quality time. We visited the town of Ashford for one night and we would definitely recommend going to Matches Bar, they have darts, pool and board games! There isn't much in the area but if you're looking for relaxation, romance, and the beautiful countryside this is the place for you!

Absolutely beautiful property! Our 10 year anniversary was special and many thanks to the owners for being superb hosts and creating such an amazing place for guests to enjoy! We will be back, no doubt about it! My wife wanted to rebook before we even left!

Fabulous place to stay and fabulous hosts who provide a genuinely warm welcome. We were initially a little worried about the location being so close to the Ashford Truck Depot, but you’d never notice when there. If you don’t like dogs, you might want to seek elsewhere as the hosts are professional dog breeders; the dogs are lovely enough to melt even the coldest hearts though.

Had a lovely relaxing stay there hot tub excellent bbq & fire pit plus comfortable garden furniture. Host very friendly and welcoming and helpful. Easy to find wish we had a pub in walking distance but the Farriers Arms was only 10 mins drive away highly recommended. Fantastic break away

Amazing hosts ,we enjoyed ourself ! They organised lovely cheese board with champagne upon arrival. The cottage was amazing so cosy and we had an amazing time relaxing in hot tub.
