Trimley Lodge: A large farmhouse comprising of two independent living spaces Searsons Cottage and Searsons House, sleeping 14 in 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 reception rooms. Wi-Fi access, ample parking, large beautiful gardens with BBQ, log burning fires and superb space for a gathering. The dining room can accommodate 14 in total (using the dining and kitchen chairs in Searsons House).

A hot tub can be booked for your stay for either the weekend or the week, please indicate at the point of booking if you’d like this option. For 1-3 nights the additional cost is £300 for 4-7 nights the additional cost is £360. (Please note different prices apply for Christmas and New Year Hire).
There is a large garden with patio area and a BBQ. There is lots of surrounding space for the children to play in. Please watch children near the open pond on site.
What you need to know
A security deposit of £1,000 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
Cot and high chair can be provided.
Please ensure children are supervised when playing outside as there is a pond to the front of the property, and the property is located on a working farm.
Due to the period nature of this property, some of the ceiling and door frame heights throughout the property can be fairly low and it has steep stairs.
Trimley Lodge comprises of adjoining accommodation Searsons House and Searsons Cottage.
In light of Covid-19, accommodation providers may have temporarily removed some non-essential, high touch items (some examples may include decorative cushions, games and hair dryers) from their accommodation.
