"Tulip Cottage is located within Hoad Farm which dates back to the 13th century. Surrounded by formal gardens and a children’s play area it offers a real getaway from the usual hustle and bustle. Despite its peaceful location the cottage is perfectly located for easy access to Kent’s vibrant cities and coastal towns and offers a ’home from home’ experience for guests with everything you need for your countryside escape.\nThe spacious open plan living area is comfortable and sociable and all rooms lead onto the courtyard.\nFor larger groups why not book with Wisteria Cottage or Olive Tree Cottage? All 3 properties can be booked together - Hoad Farm Cottages which sleeps 12."

    Acrise is a small parish in an elevated position just a short drive to Canterbury, Folkestone, Ashford and Dover. The local area offers a wealth of wonderful walks. The nearby Port Lympne nature reserve is a great day out, and the coastal towns of Folkestone, Hythe, Sandgate and Dover are all easy distances by car.
