"If you’re looking for an ideal location for a celebration in dynamic Brighton Hove Vallance House is very well-equipped and superbly located. Tucked away in a quiet residential street but only a very short walk to the main streets of Hove with its raft of restaurants bars and cafés.\n\nThe collection of bedrooms at Vallance House make it ideal for groups of all ages. On the first floor the master bedroom has an emperor sized bed with its own en suite the second bedroom has a super king bed the third bedroom has a king size bed and the fourth has a bunk bed a hammock not for sleeping and a sofa bed. The first floor has its own shared family bathroom. Conveniently accessible there’s also an extra twin bedroom and shower room on the ground floor. \n\nThe kitchen is large and very well-equipped for preparing feasts. There’s a kitchen island with loads of surface space extra oven and breakfast seating. An American style fridgefreezer with wine cooler makes entertaining easy. A dedicated coffee machine will keep the group buzzing too \n\nThe main living room is open-plan with the dining room - ideal for celebrations. It has sofas and a large wall-mounted TV. The dining table seats 8-10. Even better for celebrations there’s a second living room with a piano karaoke machine and another TV. \n\nWith large patio doors facing the garden parents can keen an eye on children in the enclosed garden. To keep the kids occupied the garden has its own football net as well as a table tennis table.\nThere is also an outdoor kitchenbar area with a fridge and sink as well as a ceramic BBQ whilst a gas firepit is also available at cost. Should you wish to relax in a hot tub this can also be offered at an additional cost."
