    Their service was good, but the apartment was really, really noisy. There is some sort of warehouse in the basement and big lorries kept arriving to load up and the noise of the big roll up door slamming up and down was really bad. The apartment itself was good and its a shame about the noise problem. There was also big containers of garbage at the front of the building over-flowing when we arrived and there were not emptied in the 8 days we were there. The lights in the underground parking lot did not work, so it was dark and scary parking at night.

    Direction instructions out of date/inaccurate. Having had a week to correct the update was sent after we left home. Informed there was a fridge-freezer but there was only a fridge so had to throw away frozen food we brought with us. Had to drive across city centre to collect/drop-off key after/before long journey Too basic for the rather high price.

    Utilizo sus servicios habitualmente y siempre me ha funcionado muy bien. En esta última ocasión la entrega de llaves fue un poco más complicada de lo habitual al tener que recogerlas en las oficinas de Mulberry y estar el apartamento en la otra punta de la cuidad. Si no se dispone de coche la recogida sería más cómoda en el propio apartamento dado que está situado al lado de la estación West que comunica con Londres. El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones aunque convendría limpiar las zonas que no están a la vista como por debajo de los sofás.
