Generally good, helpful and efficient. Bit too keen on sending marketing and up-selling emails once signed up. Messed up taking security deposit and £300 is a distrustfully large amount. Charming country farmhouse property, well equipped and VERY quiet location. Possibly in need of a bit of tlc and deep cleaning in places, but then it is a large property and I know this can be a full time job! Owners very pleasant and helpful. Lovely area for walks, local pubs and places to go. Was perfect for our needs and we would happily stay there again.
