Income

There are no upfront fees! We take the cost of the registration fee from your first booking.

Each time a booking is taken you will be sent a booking confirmation with a breakdown of the rental earned.

Every month you will receive a full statement showing a breakdown of the rental you have earned, the commission taken, net and gross profit and any expenses paid.

Investing

Investing in a holiday property is a big decision and we want you to be fully prepared. The holiday lettings market is booming and the benefits can be huge but there are a few things you need to think through. Feel free to talk it through with us before making any decisions.

Whilst maximising your income potential you are also free to use your holiday home by booking your own 'owner weeks', meaning you can enjoy the benefits as much as your guests!

Our website is a vital marketing tool for Mulberry Cottages. We have a dedicated IT and marketing team constantly improving and developing it. We are proud of the latest version with high resolution images stretching across the screen, showing the properties at their best. The website gives the customer as much information as possible, including full accommodation details, information about the facilities at the property and a helpful map showing things to do in the local area. With all this information at their fingertips many guests feel confident to place their booking online rather than over the phone, so we work hard to ensure the website actively promotes your property at its best.

SEO Technology

We use the latest SEO technology (search engine optimisation) to ensure we feature high up in the Google online rankings both in the UK and overseas to guarantee your holiday cottage reaches as many people and markets as possible.
